I need an outfit for a school dance, so there are some rules (i.e. no halter/strapless dresses or any really short ones). Please try your best! :)

Style- A little diva, a little prep. Not really grungy or emo

Occasion- School dance

Colors wanted- In order: Red, Black, Silver, Blue, Purple

Colors unwanted- Pink, olive, brown

Age- 13

4-7 stores- Hollister, Forever 21, Delia's, Hot Topic, Kohl's (basically, I'll go for anything!)
