What to wear with a black over-sized tee?

I'm going to a party in a couple of nights and I need a few suggestions. Keep in mind there will be a lot of DANCING!!

I know I want to wear my new over-sized tee.

But what should I wear with it?

I have really long hair. How should I have my hair?

And. What accessories should I wear?

One last thing. Should I just wear thongs? Or my black, ballet flats?

dark wash rolled up jeans ( up to your knee) or a denim miniskirt. wear your flip flops.

well wear it off the shoulder like that w/ a cool colored tank top. i would say to wear a mini skirt. (if you can actually wear it w/ a shirt that long) i would say dont wear any necklaces but mayeb soem earring and bracelets and the ballet flats.
