Can I change my avatar hair colour?

I have clicked on edit my avatar and then hairstyles, and I can see that there are 8 pages of them but they are all brown!

I am sure I have seen people with blonde avatars - where do I get that?

Also, is it possible to get a hair accessory separately, or do they only come with particular hairstyles?

Under hairstyles, users should make use of the colour panel located to the right of each hairstyle to alter the colour of the hair
