A lot of girls today are wearing hollister/abercrombie%26amp;fitch/aeropostale/... maybe you should look into that. I think long straight dark brown hair parted to the side with bangs that go a little past your eyes is really cute. but it all depends on you. long necklaces with big chunky charms are cute, and bracelettes. thick headbands. you can go to target for things like that.

If you have long hair cut it, or if you have short get you some extensions. You can always go for highlights too. New eyeshadow works wonders. I recently started wearing more colors. I normally wear browns and golds, but I've added some purples and greens and I've gotten so many compliments. Go for some super sexy 4 in heels or some cute flats. Mix and match some things. Go for the cute sweater over a man's dress shirt. Trust me, its cute if you do it right. And Walmart and Kohl's have great jewelry that won't cost an arm and a leg. Accessories make a huge difference.
