icing is my favorite!!!! its the same as claires but claires is more for 8 year olds. they have everything and its all sooo cute! forever 21 and charlotte-russe have some cute stuff too. but just so you know icing is for teenagers. some good places for people older than that is jcpennys, kohls, macys, etc.
