Halloween Costume...?

Im being an "old-school gangster" for halloween, i have a hat similar to this one,

but with white dashed pinstripes, and i have straight leg black pants.

i need ideas for my hair, accessories, a shirt, and makeup. Thank youu!

Halloween Costume...?

I suggest that you wear a white Button down Shirt with cuffs. Maybe a longer solid black coat to top it off. I would wear the hair up and sort of in a messy bun. For your makeup maybe try the smokey eye and black eyeliner and red lipstick (subtle red) nothing Bright. On the shirt collar leave it popped maybe just one side depends on how it looks to you and then your sleeves as well. Hope this helps.
