I could never figure this out for the life of me. Case-in-point--Beyonce. She was/is a spokesperson for L'oreal hair products but within the marketing/ads, she's wearing her lace front wigs. Isn't this false advertising? What are some of your opinions on this?

**In no way am I "downing" her or any other celebrity--I think these hair accessories are awesome but I just don't understand why they are advertising for a hair product, believing in these products, but are doing so without using their real hair as a part of supporting these prods.

Money money money. If somebody offered you a bunch of money to be a spokesperson for a hair ad, would you do it? I would. And the point of advertising is to make you want to buy the product. For people to think it's awesome, they need to see something awesome and think 'Wow! I want my hair to look like that!' They're not going to want their hair to look like everybody else's, and if the model's hair didn't, it wouldn't be so attractive. Money talks.

THEY DO IT FOR ONE THING AND ONE THING ONLY.....THE MONEY! THEY GET PAID BIG BUCKS TO PUT THEIR NAME TO A PRODUCT, THEY DON'T CARE IF IT WORKS OR NOT AS LONG AS THEY MAKE THOSE BIG BUCKS!!

Because all the funds they get from their endorsements allows them to purchase those fancy weaves... Kind of like all the celebrities who have private chefs, plastic surgeons and personal trainers advertising for Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers...

Everyone knows she colors her hair.

Hair length isn't something they take into consideration when you advertize hair products.

In most every hair advert you see, someone has some sort of "extensions" or some product in their hair.

Eye mascara advertizements all use FALSE lashes.

All adverts are false they are only selling an "image".

yea I agree with 100% but they get paid lots of money to endorsed products like that to get people in the stores in hopping they will buy their stuff
