Scene accessories are so cute! You can buy them easily on Hot Topic.com or when your in Target or Walmart, look in the hair accessories section for little girls. They have some real cute bright colored clips and things. As for the leopard print hair in photoshop, I'd just skip it and buy a leopard print belt or flats instead. =)
