Accessories to go with a tube top for a house party?

I'm hosting a party with a friend and I found a really cute top from Hot Topic to wear to it.....

The top itself is kinda busy with the zigzags and the bow so I wan't to tone it town but still look kinda glam...

I would really appreciate some opinions/ideas on what jewelry to wear with it. My hair will be down and straight and I may wear some hoop earrings. Please keep in mind that my style is more urban-hip-hopish/ "ghetto fabulous" if I have to say it.

women can wear some of the most wonderful things, it look fabulous on them and then take away from the look by accessorizing....look incredible with just the top, your jeans and your own self confidence. Any one off the street can "bling" themselves to death...be different, be unique, be secure in how great you look. Skip the junk glam, wow em with you. By the way I love the top, too fun.

A simple necklace. No earrings. That would be overdoing it a bit. Awesome make up and hair, and you're done!

Ummm.......wear some big hoop earrings, no necklace (leave the neckline open to accentuate your collarbones/chest area) and wear one big chunky bangle on one of your forearms and maybe a plain ring

gold hoop earrings would be awesome with this top. but no necklace if youre wearing big earrings. and maybe a bangle to match. also, bright red lips would amazing with the top.
