the only way to really stand out (in a bad way) at a concert is if you wear abercrombie (which i'm not suggesting).

just wear a band shirt, but NOT a relient k shirt. use your own style and make it your own. you'r hair would look cute down with part pulled back, and a pair of big earrings. wear jeans and some ballet flats.

Go to American apparel and buy something neon or wear their flashy tights (gold/silver/metallic black). Big chains, Nike/Rebok hightop shoes are noticable. Search street styles on google you will see many nice outfits, look at all these. I dont know your style so I cant really give you advice that will definately relate to you but check these out.

try a grafic tshirt...with Long ripped jeans. Topped off with a reliend K hat (gota be supportive if ur going to there concert...atleast a lil right?)
