The second one -- red and black.

I suggest hair up loosely in back; light make-up ('peaches and cream'), and an interesting silver necklace / bracelet / earrings to go with it. And, a small black velvet purse with some fringe on it. Black sling-backs or pumps.

The second one, i think you should also go for a classy bun and maybe natural makeup like light pink lip gloss, and a refreshing pink blush, and for accesories i think you should wear a really cute pair of earring and have your nails painted a subtle, but very pretty color.

I would wear it w/ some d'orsay or peep toe black heels and accessorize it w/ some cute black jewelry ( target has cute cheap stuff )

For makeup- a smoky eye w/ liquid eyeliner, bronzer and nude glossy lips

Red nails and toenail polish too.

i like the second 1 better. it is classy but still hot at the same time.i would maybe wear a pearl necklace but if you wear any jewelry keep it simple.wear black pumps 4 the shoes. it would really complement the dress.for the hair it depends if your going 4 more elegant put it in a up do but if your going 4 hot wear it long and wavy. for the makeup do a smokey eye soft light pink checks and light pink lipstick with lip gloss over it and bronzar would look great on you! I like the second dress (the red and black) a lot. As far as hair and makeup etc., - being a guy, all that other stuff is pretty much incomprehensible to me.
