In the summer try to be girly, yet not prissy. Dresses with flat or a slight heel are cute. Dont over do it with to much jewlery. Stick with one piece. A big bag and sunglasses. Or you can wear dress shorts, one with a design and a plain tank. shoes with a low heel look best, or else you'll look like you belong on a corner. And once again a low key jewlery and a bag.
