How do you create Custom hair, clothes, and accessories in The Sims 2 Body Shop?

Click create parts, start new project, click on the item you want to create and export textures. Give it a name and then next screen will show the path where the files were saved. Open the files in a graphics editor and make the changes you want. When you are finished save the files and refresh the preview sim the the body shop to see the changes in 3D. When your are happy with the you can import them into your game.
