Obviously you curl it but I mean how? Like how do you hold it and stuff? Ugh I'm so confused. Or hair like Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana) When she has brown curly hair?

get some curling tongs

then get a section of your hair ( not to thick )

then curl the section but not too much so it looks natural ( only the bottom bit of the section.

Do it to allover your hair.

then hold it with some hairspray.

Voila!
