How do I do my hair and what do I wear?
I have a dress already that might work, but I need some kind of top to wear over it like she has, and all the accessories and stuff.

the hair is easy ..
when u wash ur hair ... while u r shampooing shampoo it upside down .. and if u have long hair just shake it up .. don't put conditioner .. and don't dry or towel it ... just leave it to dry .. and make sure u keep shaking the hairs ... so they kinda look frizzy and tangled !!! ^_^

hair: leave your hair in 10+ tight braides for up to 3 days
when you take your hair out, it will be super firzzy and crimped looking. you could just crimp your hair, but that could damage it.
