I am 24 and get my best hair accessories at Claires. Some of their things are too cutsie for me now but if you like it, buy it. Your tastes changes when you mature not the other way around. LOL. Enjoy being able to wear cute stuff while you can, and dont let people tell you you're too old for that. You still have MANY life lessons to learn before you can honestly say you dont care about shopping there. Just the fact that you are asking the question says a lot.

Sometimes they'll have the prom-style jewels on sale, which are good for special occasions and you don't have to feel guilty about spending a ton of money for something that might only be worn once or twice. Also they have some good basics-my mom who is in her 50's shops there for the basic gold earrings.
